Marketing scope

You can manage the Marketing scope of the product file. This is very useful when you need to control the precise receivers of your files, and avoid confusion.

Example : if a product sheet is intended for certain customers only, you can indicate this in the Target markets / Distribution channel / Connectors fields.
The product can only be sent to the customers indicated. Publication will not be possible for any country or connector not specified.

In this example, the only connector in the scope is Sephora FR. It will not be possible to publish the product to another connector.

If your product sheet is intended for several countries, you can add a line for each country corresponding to your customer:

You can also add the distribution channel and/or connector if your product sheet is intended for a specific customer.

Please note that you will also need to check in the Logistics module that the target market is the same as the marketing perimeter you have set. Read our article here: Logistics | Add target markets
