The product sheet is a database entry containing detailed, structured information about a product. It generally includes data such as product description, technical characteristics, associated images, specifications, barcodes, classifications and other important elements used for product management.
In this article:
Create a new product
To create the product file you have to click on Data > Product catalog > New product
A new page will appear, where you can start creating your product.
Tip: Not all modules on the left are available when you create your listing.
You must enter the product's GTIN (EAN code) and save to unlock all modules (see below).
You can then navigate between the different modules of your product sheet during creation to fill in the various data.
If the modules are reduced to logos, you can enlarge this window using the three dashes at the top to view the module names.
Complete your product sheet
Fill in the required fields
At the beginning, you can use the red button Errors on the top right of your screen: it will show you all the mandatory fields to fulfill.
You can also click directly on the error and it will automatically redirect you on the field to fulfill it.
When all errors have been corrected, the button turns green, and the datasheet can be published.
