Datasheet
The product sheet is a database entry containing detailed, structured information about a product. It generally includes data such as the product description, technical characteristics, associated images, specifications, barcodes, classifications and other important elements which are used for managing the product.
In this article:
Viewing a product sheet
You just need to click on a product sheet to view the data. You can also modify and/or duplicate it, we will see these features below.
Tip: By right-clicking, the card opens in a new tab without losing the filtered product search.
Creation of a new product sheet
To create the product file you have to click on Data > Product catalogue > New product
A new page will be opened and you will be able to start creating your product.
Tip: Not all the modules on the left are available when you create your file.
You need to enter the GTIN of the product:
Then save to unlock all the modules (see below).
You can then navigate between the different modules of your product sheet when creating it to enter the various data.
If the modules are reduced to logos, you can enlarge this window using the three lines at the top to see the names of the modules.
Complete your product sheet
Fill in the mandatory fields
Once the GTIN has been entered, you can start to complete your product sheet.

The record is ready to be published when all the mandatory fields are filled in for a target recipient, for example Carrefour.
→ The green Publish button appears.
Manage your data in multiple languages
Some fields display a flag. They are capable of managing information in multiple languages.
You can click on the flag to change the language used to fill in the data. This is particularly useful if your product is sent to several international markets.
When you change the language (example: from French to English), you no longer visualize the data entered beforehand. Don’t panic, it is still well preserved: just go back to the original language (French in our example) to view it again.
Note that you can switch to another language for all fields at the same time, by clicking on the flag above the product sheet, to the right of the field search bar.

Management of multi-recipient fields
You can manage different data on the same product sheet.
This Multi Markets function allows you to set different values for the ‘Dates, Price, Main Visual and Marketing Information’ fields depending on your customer.
These values are targeted by ‘Country’, ‘Distribution channel’ or ‘Connector’.
Example: Your product has a different launch date for your supermarket and e-commerce customers (Carrefour, Auchan) and your GSS Parfurmerie customers.
You can add two lines using the button and enter a different date which will be communicated only to your GSS Parfurmerie customers and to your GMS and E-commerce customers.
Second example: you communicate a different base price to one of your customers:
The first line concerns all your customers, and the second line only concerns Auchan.
If your dates, prices, visuals and marketing information are the same for all your customers, we advise you to enter the value: For all customers.
You can also manage by country:
