The home page is the screen you see when you log on to Gaia by Equadis. The dashboard provides a summary of your subscription and usage. The widgets feature quick links that redirect you to the various modules. The news section gives you an overview of developments concerning your customers and GAIA.

If you do not have access to one or more modules, access is granted by the global administrator of your account. To find out more, read the article: Manage accounts as an administrator

Quality Data Completion (QCD)

Catalogue display

Complete

This indicates that your product sheets are complete for the connectors set up to measure the quality of your data.

In Progress

Your product sheets are not complete for 1 or 2 of the total number of connectors selected.

To be finalized

This is an “alert” that your product sheets are not complete and ready to be published for the chosen connectors.

This graph measures the data quality of your catalogue according to how your product is completed. It is also a function of the connectors that the global administrator has selected on his account (between 1 and 5 possible choices). It also indicates the number of products currently present for these connectors in your catalog.

How it works

The QCD is updated according to the activity in your catalogue. An engine runs every day between midnight and 6am to check the quality of your data on the product sheets in the catalogue for the selected connectors.

You can check the status of your product sheets at any time by clicking on the coloured icon associated with each product sheet.

Example below: Only LAGARDERE, and BEAUTY SUCCESS can receive your products without errors at the time of publication.

To be finalized

This indicates that no products can be published to the selected centres because fields are in error for all of them.

You don't have to be 100%, but the greener your catalogue, the easier it will be to send your products to your customers.

There are several reasons for this:

1- The product has just been created and the QCD will be updated the next day.

2- None of the connectors selected by the global administrator have been chosen for this product in the marketing scope of the product sheet.

What does this mean?

The QCD will not apply to this product and no information on the quality of the plug will be visible on the connectors chosen.

This also explains why you can have 500 products on your QCD module but 1000 products used on your quota.

Quota used

The quota used indicates the quantity of product files and multimedia currently uploaded/created in your catalogue (active and archived). All multimedia is taken into account (photos and pdf files).

The quota is determined by your contract with Equadis. If you reach the limit you will need to contact your sales contact to increase it.

You can generate a report to extract the data from your product or multimedia catalogue in order to receive the details of how you completed this data (product or multimedia file) when you click on the generate report button (you will then be automatically returned to the Equaboard statistics menu).

Connectors

This module shows you all the additional connectors available by market outside your current subscription for which you could send your product sheets from Equadis.

Some are in GDSN, others are in Excel format (for which we automatically complete the Excel files from Equadis based on the data model of the power plants).

You can view the power plants available by market outside your current subscription (France, Germany, Belgium, etc.) and if you click on the view all button, you will automatically be redirected to the libraries for an overview.

Tender

(Only if you have GMS connectors)

This module gives you an overview of all the AOs you have received and which are in progress or awaiting a response.

Only Auchan, Système U and Provera are concerned by this module depending on your subscription.

New indicates that this is a new tender that you have just received or for which you have not responded or do not wish to position yourself.

Success indicates that the response you have made to the tender in question is successful with the distributor.

Error indicates that the response(s) you published for the tender in question have not been accepted due to an error in the product sheet or at the time of publication.

Blocked products

This module lets you know which products are currently in error status connector or equadis following your publications over the last 6 months.

Please note! A product may have been blocked for the last 6 months but may still be successful when you click on the view all button, which automatically redirects you to the mass publication management menu.

The module automatically calculates all the products that are still in error at the moment. The software does not yet allow you to have full details of those that are still in error when you go to the publication management menu (by clicking on the View All button).

Published products and multimedia

This module gives you a summary of your publications with your customers at a glance over the year for your products and your visuals.

This module is organised in analogical order from the largest number of items sent to the smallest.

Published products

Published Multimedia

It does not display details of the products and/or visuals published, but allows you to view them globally by market by clicking on the country flag.

The flag allows you to choose the country for which you wish to have a general view of your publications.

This works in the same way for multimedia.

When you click on the View All button, a pop-up window will appear showing a global view of each publication by country and their corresponding drop-down list by central by clicking on the small arrow to the right of each country.

News

This module displays all the latest news on the GDSN market for your distributor customers, as well as the new features that we can implement on GAIA by following the updates of the GDSN and the various data models.

We are making this news available to you as soon as the information has been shared with us and we have been able to adapt the way it works on GAIA.

This news is regularly updated every month in line with developments in the GDSN market.

This module is also directly linked to the pictogram , which means that when a news item is published, a red notification appears and will remain until you click on it to read the news.

Dedicated contacts

Your privileged contacts are your direct contacts at Equadis, along with your sales contact and your dedicated CSM contact, whom you can call on depending on your issues.
