The scope remains the same, only product information is processed (logistics data is not supported by Chronodrive).

What changes for you: Nothing. We have tested the new flow with your client and the change will be made automatically by our teams.

Chronodrive follows the GS1 standard, no special requests.

GLOBAL TEMPLATE : A global template for the product sheet, running all the controls for connectors targeted for the user and centralizing the display of errors for simplified and unified product data validation. All you have to do is configure your Template according to your connectors for a 360 view of the sum of customer needs in your scope (by distribution channel).

Packaging Marked Returnable:

The isPackagingMarkedReturnable tag is now mandatory in the GS1 standard for some of your customers.

Be sure to fill in this data on your products and their associated logistics: some brands will refuse your sheets if the data is empty.

To quickly resolve problems you may encounter on Gaia, it is important to formulate your ticket correctly. Here are some tips for opening an effective ticket:

• Clear and descriptive title

• Detailed Description: Include account name, user, sample GTIN(s).

• Context reminder: what you are trying to accomplish, the expected result, or the screen on which the error occurs

• Screenshots if necessary.

Select the recipient connector(s) and analyze product data compliance with central standards in real time. Finally, manage the publication and tracking of your operations for maximum sales efficiency.

Syndicate your prices data from Gaia to Metro from Monday June 24!

Your METRO FR GDSN connector is evolving. If today it was already possible to send your product data, you will now be able to enter your price data directly in Gaia.

If this connector is already activated in your catalog, you do not need to do anything, you can create your prices now for new listings.

Tips to remember:

1. The publications concerned by this new process are only the creation of files (new references) for METRO. For the backlog, you do not have to create price reductions or reshare them.

2. Always choose the PERMANENT sending mode to publish to this client.

3. When you want to create a new price: Remember to put an end date on your current price and republish one last time to notify your customer.

Schiever switchover to GDSN (product + price) postponed to 30/09/2024

Initially scheduled for July 1, 2024, Schiever's switchover to GDSN for product AND price data has been postponed to September 30, 2024.

AO Systeme U: Ready to sell management

We remind you that your customer Système U is not able to manage “ready to sell” data according to the GS1 standard. If you flag “ready to sell” on a logistics level, you will have to fill in the Number of items data in depth and width (data which are no longer in the GS1 standard). To avoid any errors, we recommend that you do not declare a “ready to sell” when responding to an AO for U.

We would like to remind you that those fields are mandatory in the logistics section of each product sheet. This requirement is within GS1 standard and your clients to ensure better clarity and optimal product management.
