Among the major changes, the logistics module has been redesigned. Palletizing section is now available in vertical format, and a new button has been added to create a new logistic.

SEPHORA-FR-GDSN

Please note that English will no longer be required in the Sephora Data Model for the French market.

Starting Friday, September 6^th, only French will be required for publishing to Sephora France.

This change will have no impact on your existing product listings with Sephora or their processing.

Syndicate your product data from Gaia to DOUGLAS in Germany in GDSN:

Douglas is now available for the target market Germany. You can now share your products.

How to open an effective ticket on Jira?

To quickly resolve problems you may encounter on Gaia, it is important to formulate your ticket correctly. Here are some tips for opening an effective ticket:

• Clear and descriptive title

• Detailed Description: Include account name, user, sample GTIN(s).

• Context reminder: what you are trying to accomplish, the expected result, or the screen on which the error occurs

• Screenshots if necessary.

DM Changes

As previously communicated by Sephora and our teams, the Sephora data model (DM) will change on August 14th. 11 fields are concerned depending on the product categories. Do not hesitate to contact your CSM with any questions.

Evolution of publication statuses to SEPHORA

Following your feedbacks, we are changing the publication statuses in order to simplify the management of your syndications. We will provide you with more information soon.

LAGARDERE GDSN: DM change:

Your client Lagardère has delivered a new version of its data model (DM).

Good news: no major change in this version.

• Douglas Italy: excel file now available

• Douglas Allemagne GDSN: the connection is almost finalized. Our teams are working jointly with the Douglas teams to allow you to exchange electronically by the end of the summer.

Marionnaud

Our teams supported the Marionnaud teams to correct the controls on their side:

• Product benefit is no longer mandatory for the Perfumes category.

• The Color Group, Sun Protection Index and Skin Type attributes have become non-blocking for skincare and makeup.

Tip: tracking sendings

From the statistics menu, you can set up a report in Excel format to track your publications to your customers.

This allows you to regularly monitor the status of sendings.

New connectors

Your customers MECCA (Australia) Esserbella, Pinalli and Rinascente (Italy) customers are now available in Excel format.
