This article will guide you through the process of monitoring your publications, understanding the different statuses of your products, the comments added and the actions to be taken.

Find Sephora comments on publication tracking
After your product has been published, it must be validated by the Sephora teams. You can track the status of receipt via the Publications Management > Publication then Publications Tracking .
You can use the filters on the left to find publications about your products.
We advise you to use these filters:
GTIN(S) (EAN of your products) Dates Click on the button

Understand publication statuses
Waiting connector
This status means that your SKU is visible at Sephora, but neither Catman nor Emerch have validated it yet. You will need to wait for their actions.
Connector Error - Referenced Product - ACTION REQUIRED
This status means that the Catman has approved your product file but the Emerch has rejected it.
Click the red button to view Sephora’s comments. Based on the message, you may need to update your product file and republish it.
Connector Error - Product Refused - ACTION REQUIRED
This status means that Catman and Emerch have rejected the data sheet.
Click the red button to view Sephora’s comments. Based on the message, you may need to update your product file and republish it.
Success - Referenced Product
This status means that the Catman has approved the data sheet but that the Emerch has not yet responded.
Success - Approved Product
This status means that Catman and Emerch have approved your product sheet.
Warning - Referenced Product - ACTION REQUIRED
This status means that Catman has checked and approved your datasheet but you must also complete the emerch data and publish again the datasheet.

Be informed if Sephora has added comments on your products
Always stay informed when Sephora adds comments to your SKU.
Best practice: set up an automatic report: an e-mail that encloses a report on the status of your publications. If any publication is rejected, this e-mail keeps you alerted.
In the Statistics module, you can set up the Status of Publications report.
