You can monitor and analyse your data using statistical reports.
Generate a statistical report
The Equabord menu gives you access to the Statistics function.
On this page, click on the button to choose to generate the report you need.
How do I choose the right report for my needs?
Data export
As mentioned above, you can use this report to export specific data from one or more product sheets to check your data en masse.
Catalog scanning
This report is used to ensure that your product sheets do not contain any blocking errors and that your sheets are ready to be published. It can be generated per connector for one or more of your product sheets.
Status of publications
You can track the status of your mailings as soon as they are published, without having to log on to Equadis. You will receive a report on the status of your shipments to the selected connectors directly in your mailbox.
Status of integrations
If you have an internal tool connected to Equadis that creates and updates your product sheets, this is a good way of tracking the status of your integrations.
This report is only available if you have an internal tool connected to Equadis.
Details of Multimedia files
This report is dedicated to multimedia files and will help you to have a mass view of the visuals present on Gaia via an Excel export.
Visuals Published
This report is also dedicated to multimedia files, but when publishing visuals.
Once you have chosen the report you would like to receive, click on the Request this report button. You will automatically receive it at the e-mail address registered in your Gaia account.

Each time a report is generated, the report and the filters used are automatically saved on the Statistics page:
Tip: You can rename your reports. Use the pencil to edit the name of your extraction, for example.
In this way, your personalised report will be saved for future extractions.
Automated reports
You can choose to automatically receive the report of your choice by email:

Nightly
At the beginning of each week
At the beginning of each month
Then you need to enter the email address of the recipient(s) you want.
If you would like one of your colleagues to receive the report and they do not have an Equadis account, simply add their email address.
Each report is personal to each user account. Your personalised reports will only be saved in your Gaia account.
