Publication & tracking

On Equadis, “publish” means: send your data to a retailer, a retailer or a retrailer .

It is possible to publish your products one by one or in bulk, in permanent or promotional mode, to all types of connectors (in GDSN or in Excel ). The following article guides you through all the possibilities in order to manage your publications in the most appropriate way.

If you wish to publish products for a call for tender, we recommend the article dedicated to this subject instead .

What are the differences between a GDSN or Excel retailer ?

GDSN (dematerialized)

Excel

Concretely, when you publication your product sheets to a retailer equipped to receive them electronically (GDSN), you no longer have to take any further action. Audits are carried out to check that all mandatory fields are correctly filled in, with quality data. You can follow this process from Publications Tracking .

Whatever tool or platform the retailer uses to collect your files , we take care of transmitting your data securely.

If the receiving retailer is not yet equipped for GDSN, it then still uses one or more excel matrices .

When you click on Publish , the platform extracts the information requested in the matrix from your file to place it in the corresponding cells.

You then receive the pre-completed matrix directly in your mailbox. All that remains is to send it to your retailer.
