To start creating your logistics, you can follow the steps outlined in this article Logistics | How to create a logistics
The GTIN (EAN code) for your logistic level has to be unique and different than the EAN code of your product datasheet.
If you don’t have the EAN code for your logistic, you can use the 13 zeros present in the field.
The only mandatory field is the one marked with a red error message. It corresponds to the number of product per cardboard.
If you need to add a pallet, you can click on the in the Identification to add a second level of logistics. New mandatory fields appears and need to be fulfilled.
Only the last level of your logistic can be filled with 0. The lower levels must be codified.
The examples below do not work :
You cannot use the same GTIN as your product for your logistics.
It's not possible to create your logistics with just a non-coded pallet.
Create your logistics for several markets
If you publish your product to several target markets, there are two possible scenarios :
You are sending your product to several target markets using the same logistics, you can add several target markets. See this section for more information Logistics | Add target markets
Your logistics are different in each of your target markets, so you'll need to create different logistics. Follow this section for more information Logistics | Several logistics for the same product
