I publish my products to more than one country

If you're sending your products internationally, this article will guide you through the steps involved in creating and publishing your product sheets to different target markets.

In this guide you will find

Identify target markets

The first step, when you want to publish your products in several countries, is to identify your target markets. To define the target market for your product, select the countries you wish to publish your listing in the ID > Marketing Scope section.

You can add several countries by clicking on the image-20241118-111113.png button.

If your product sheet is only intended for some of your customers in a particular country, you can refine your selection by clicking only on your target customers in the ‘Connectors’ section.

Publication will not be possible for any country or connector not specified.

Manage your data in different languages

As you want to send your product sheet to several customers in different countries, your data will need to be entered in different languages.

When you select a connector, the local language of the country is automatically applied to the product sheet.

Add specific information

Some of the data in your file applies to all your customers, while other data can be differentiated according to customers and target markets. The Multi Markets function allows you to set different values for the ‘Dates, Price, Main Visual and Marketing Information’ fields depending on your customer.

This applies to all fields with these symbols image-20241204-171749.png image-20241204-171758.pngon the right.
