VIDEO: Discover Campaigns Management
Every year, suppliers have to prepare meticulously for key events such as Valentine's Day, Easter and the end-of-year festivities. But there's also the challenge of managing specific campaigns such as product innovation launches and upgrades... A challenge that requires a clear vision and precise organisation.
The Campaigns Management feature is there to help you meet these needs. In practical terms, you can organise in advance the mass publication of several products, to several connectors, at key times in your business.
Dashboard: campaign planning
To access this function, click on Publications Management > Campaigns Management.
The referencing campaign schedule is your dashboard. It allows you to create, organise and configure your different events and key periods for referencing or commercial operations.
It's up to you to fill it in according to your needs!
Various buttons and tools are available on this page:
On the left, a border with filters to filter your existing campaigns.
The ‘New campaign’ button to create a new campaign.
A selection menu for changing the period displayed (weekly, monthly, yearly).
The three buttons to move to the other pages: planning, duplication and deletion, and shipment tracking.
A button at the bottom right of the screen allows you to display the nomenclature of the different types of campaign (draft, successful, pending, etc.).
Creating a new campaign
To create a new campaign (example: Christmas 2025), click on the New campaign button at the top left of the planning screen.
Tip: you can also create a campaign by double-clicking on an empty space in the schedule. A window will appear in which you can enter the basic information for the campaign.
You will then need to add the products associated with it (follow the instructions below).
There are several stages in creating a campaign, spread over several tabs.
Campaign details
On this screen, set the basic parameters of your campaign:
Campaign name
Delivery method: permanent or promotional
Campaign status: when created, the status will necessarily be ‘draft’.
The start and end dates of your campaign
Target market and connector(s)
The department and product families
Once you have defined your campaign, go to the Product lists tab.
List of products
When you create your campaign, this screen is empty. You can add as many products as you like by clicking on the Add products button at the top right of the screen. Each product can be selected with specific logistics and pricing.
Once the products have been added, you can view them in your list. If necessary, you can return to this screen to add more products later.
All that remains is to check the validity of your products. To do this, select each of the products on the left, then click on the Validate product button.
If the files contain all the data required by the standard and the customers for whom the campaign is intended, the products will turn green.
If not, they are red: you must then correct the errors in these records (simply click on the GTINs to access them).
You can repeat the operation as many times as necessary, until all the products are displayed in green.
Once all the products have turned green, you can click on Publish.
Please note that publication is immediate.
Dashboard
The Dashboard tab gives you a snapshot of your campaign at any given moment. View statistics on the validity of the products in the campaign, the publication history, or even the product categories.
Campaign tracking
The Campaign Tracking tab shows the publication status of your products for each of the connectors involved in the campaign you are viewing.
You will see in detail :
Successful products: these references have been shared with your customers. There's nothing more for you to do!
Products in error: these records need to be corrected before they can be published again.
Pending products: these products are in the process of being sent to your customers, so please be patient.
On the campaign planning screen, the button at the top right of the screen gives you access to the global monitoring of all campaigns.
Duplicating and deleting a campaign
Duplicating a campaign
From the campaign planning screen, move your mouse over the campaign you want to duplicate and click on the dotted menu. Select ‘Duplicate Campaign’.
As with the duplication of product sheets, you have two choices:
All data: the campaign will be copied identically in every respect (except for the name).
Section: select the sections of the campaign to be copied. Any unchecked section will be left blank in your new campaign.
Delete a campaign
From the campaign schedule, move your mouse over the campaign you want to duplicate and click on the dotted menu. Select ‘Delete Campaign’.
You can only delete a campaign if it has not already been published.
