View version history - at the field level
This function is available for all fields in the file. Click on the Versioning button or
to the left of a field.
A window appears, allowing you to view all the changes made to this field: the modification, the user who made it, and the date it was made.
View the entire history of a product sheet
For an overview of your product file versions, access the complete history by clicking on the Versioning module located at the bottom left of your product record.
In the left panel, you will find a detailed history of changes organized by date .
The right panel provides specific information about the changes made on the selected date: date , hours , source of modification (manual, bulk update, or integration), user name , and whether this version was published .
If the product has been published, you can also see on which channels by clicking on the button.
Click on the arrow to see the details of the modified information, module by module.
You can consult up to the last 20 versions saved over the last 365 days.

Using filters gives you a clear, detailed overview of all the changes made to your product range.
Restore a version
A mistake, data loss, or overwrite? Easily restore the version of your choice and maintain full control over your data.
You can restore fields one by one directly from the product sheet or from the Versioning screen by clicking the Restore Data button.
Once the version is restored, don’t forget to save your product sheet.
