AUCHAN TENDERS - CONFIRMATION OF PRICE/PRODUCT SELECTIONS

Your customer AUCHAN has modified the Confirmation of selections of responses to Calls for Tenders.
Reminder of the previous process: once your responses have been sent electronically to AUCHAN RETAIL-FR-GDSN via a response to AO, your buyers sent you confirmations by email.
New process: confirmations are now sent electronically on GAIA by Equadis.
On Gaia, you will now find new statuses to confirm selections.
This is a new confirmation, which is added to the current process.
The current process of notification and responses to AOs does not change.

These 3 steps do not change.
The selection confirmation adds a 4th step (which you can follow in the Publications Tracking):
This is a comment from your buyer to take into account, and to report internally following your usual process.
You will find a message from your buyer regarding products with different statuses:
TODO : The product and/or price has not yet been processed by AUCHAN
SELECTED : The product and/or price has been selected by AUCHAN
REJECTED : The product and/or price has been rejected and a change request has been sent
UNSELECTED : The product and/or price is not retained, however no modification request has been sent by AUCHAN.

TIMING: Selection confirmations will be sent between 1 and 3 weeks after receipt of technical confirmation.
