Manage my account
You can manage your account and change your details if you are an administrator or user.

Access to my account
Click on the man icon at the top right of your screen to access your account settings.
Depending on whether you are an administrator or a user, you will have different access rights:
Change my profile
Modify your profile, personal information, and password. You can also customize the presentation of your product catalog.
User account management
If you are the main administrator, create other users and manage their access rights. Also, create groups of users sharing the same rights.

Logout
This option allows you to log out of your Equadis account.
We recommend that you do this at the end of each use for reasons of confidentiality and security.
If you have an user account, you will only have access to the Change my profile option.
Profile Customization
For a tailored Gaia experience, you can configure the presentation of your product catalog according to your preferences.
You can define :
The display of products by functional name, short/long label,
The global search field by equal value or by containing.
The display of GTIN or internal references.
We recommend leaving the global search field set to “CONTAINS”.
If you choose “EQUAL”, your input must exactly match the search.
Example, if you type “456” in the search bar
with CONTAINS, you will find all products containing “456” in their name or reference.
With EQUAL, you will only find products whose name or reference is exactly “456”."
QCD settings
If you are the global administrator of the account, you can set the QCD (Data Quality and Completeness) of your catalogue.
We advise you to choose your customers who have the most mandatory fields and/or those to whom you publish most often.
