The product catalogue is the central point of your experience on Gaia: it lists all the product files created in your account and gives you access to each of them.

Access your product datasheets from the Data menu > Product catalog
The catalog gives you an overview of all the product sheets available on Gaia.
Easily switch between a card view and a list view by clicking the corresponding icons or
, and explore your product catalog the way you prefer.

By default, the first records on the screen are those that have been created or modified most recently.
To access a product sheet, simply click on it.
We invite you to right-click on the product sheet and select "Open in a new tab" to avoid leaving the catalog.
If you have used a filter (see section below), you can keep it.
If you have applied filters to a selection of products, you can freeze them to avoid losing them while navigating through Gaia.

What does a product sheet look like in the catalog?
The sheets feature a number of visual elements to help you identify your products at a glance.
The name of the product (short or long name, depending on your preference)
The GTIN (or internal reference, depending on your preference)
The main visual of the product, if you have included one in the product file.loaded one in the product file
Depending on the product, other elements may be displayed.
A small blue icon in the shape of a box , in the middle right-hand corner, indicates whether the product is a UVC
(1 icon), a batch
(2 icons) or a mixed box
(3 icons).
A selectable symbol in the product sheet, allowing you to classify the product as a ‘Top seller’, ‘New’, ‘Shop’ or ‘E-Commerce’.
A red banner indicating that a product is about to expire, when an expiry date has been entered in the file.
Use the catalog filters
On the right side of your product catalog, the filters allow you to display your search in the most personalized way possible.
Access the filter menu via the "Filters" button . You can pin this menu to your screen by clicking the button .
You can filter :
Identifiers A GTIN or a predefined list of GTINs,One or more product names, An internal product reference, One or more specific brands
Typology : A specific product category, A specific product type, One or more business characteristics
Operational :Products linked to a specific pricing model,Products linked to specific logistics, Products linked to a specific multimedia
Marketing scope : Products marketed in a specific country
and Dates : Products that you have archived
QCD : Products with errors to be corrected
According to your needs, set the desired filter and click the Apply button to refresh the catalog display.
If you wish to clear all selected data, you can click on Clear Filters.
The filter only works for the person who is using it: it does not change the way your colleagues see the products in their catalogue.
After filtering a selection of products, click on "Save by Default" to freeze it . This way, you can navigate freely in Gaia without risking losing your selection when returning to your catalog.
If you no longer need this selection, click on "Clear Filters" .
