Dashboard and widgets
With the aim of improving efficiency, quality and performance we've created a dashboard where you can highlight one or more widgets of your choice, depending on your needs and objectives.
The different widgets available
Calls: this enables you to monitor the activity of incoming and outgoing calls to our Customer Department
QCD (Quality- Data Completion): enables you to analyze the completeness of your product data by connector and check for recurring errors
Integration: allows you to view the number, success rate and status of your integrations with Gaia
Publication: allows you to track the status of published product sheets
Tickets: track the categories and status of your open tickets
User connection: connection rate on Gaia
Multimedia files: provides statistics on multimedia files hosted on Gaia
Create and adjust your dashboard
Once you have logged on to the platform, go to "Equaboard" and then Dashboard.
Click on the "new widget" button
Click on the widget(s) you wish to add
Rename the widget to make it meaningful to you
Adjust the widget according to your needs
Click on “to save”
Once created, it is also possible to modify it:
-You can change the widget's location by clicking and dragging it.
-You can change its parameters
-You can duplicate it
-You can delete it
-And finally, exclusively for the integration widget, you have the possibility to download the details displayed on the widget
