If the product does not have a variant, the product title should be entered in this field.
If the product comes in multiple flavors (e.g., strawberry, vanilla, mint lip balm, etc.), it is possible to specify the flavor to differentiate between versions.

Indicate the top, heart, and base notes in text, then select a corresponding image for each note via the dropdown menu (optional). The image for each note will appear on the Passion Beauté website.
✅ Example: If the top note is "black cherry and bergamot," you can choose "bergamot" as the image. Only one image can be selected for each note.
🔍 Find Passion Beauté comments through publication tracking
After the publication of your product, it must be validated by the Passion Beauté teams. You can track its reception status via Publications Management > Publication, then Publications Tracking.
You can use the filters on the right to find the publications of your products.
We recommend using the following filters :
GTIN(S) (EAN of your products ) Dates Apply.
Understanding Publication Statuses
Your product sheet is visible on Passion Beauté; however, it has not yet been validated. You will need to wait for their intervention.
This status means that Passion Beauté has rejected the datasheet.
By clicking on the red button, you can access Passion Beauté’s comments. Based on the feedback, you will need to update your product listing and publish it again.
This status means that Passion Beauté has approved your product listing.
