For which references should I create product sheets in Gaia?

product sheets for all new references (sales products and testers) must be created in Gaia. For TESTERS, if you already don’t go through SAP to manage them and the brands don’t have specific EANs for them, then they will not be required to publish product sheets for them.

no, each time you change information, the product file must be sent back to Sephora.

When I create a product sheet for a coffret, what do I indicate in the size and weight field?

the dimensions always refer to the box itself, on the other hand, if inside the box we have a product in sales format and others in mini-size, the net content refers to the larger product. If we only have products in sales format, the net content is the sum of the content of each product.
