Publications management
Once you created your datasheets in your catalogue, you can publish one datasheet at a time but you may also need to publish several sheets all at once. The Publication management menu enables you to do that.
You can user filters on the left to help you sort the datasheets as wished.
You have to check the product datasheets to publish.
When all required sheets are selected, click on “Control and publish”. Gaia will check the datasheets again, before sending them to the retailer.
You can also track your publication to see the status.
Audit of your datasheet
A window will open to audit the product datasheet:
The products without any errors are Successful audit… Publication in progress
The products with errors are Audit with error and they are not published to the retailer. You need to click on the error to see what need to be added/modified.
Tracking
This screen enables you to track the status of all your publications.
Clicking on the arrow, you can see the historic status for the same product.
The publication status shows if the product datasheets were successfully sent and received by the retailer or if an error was detected
There are 3 different types of status:
Retailer waiting → you sent the product datasheet and now the retailer has to check all the information you added.
Success → all is good for the retailer.
Retailer error → the retailer found errors in your datasheet so you have to modify them and publish the sheet again.
In case of a “Retailer error”, click on the status to see the details.
