The product catalogue

The product catalogue is the central point of your experience on Gaia: it lists all the product files created in your account and gives you access to each of them.

Access the product catalogue
Access your product datasheets from the Data menu > Product catalog
In your catalogue you will have all your product datasheet you created on Gaia.
To access a product sheet, simply click on it and by using the right button of your mouse, you can open the product datasheet in a new tab and keep the catalog with the same sorting settings.
The product file
Each product in the catalog is identified as follows:
Number of product datasheets in the catalog
Create a new product datasheet
Delete several product datasheets
Product photo, if you have uploaded one in the product file
Identification / product name / GTIN (EAN code) or reference number
Product type: a small blue icon of a box in the bottom right-hand corner tells you whether the product is a UVC (1 icon), a batch (2 icons) or a mixed box (3 icons).
Catalogue filters
Filters on the left of your catalogue page allow you to sort the datasheets by brand, GTIN, reference, and even more.
You can always click on the + buttons to show other useful filters.
The filter only works for the person who is using it: it does not change the way your colleagues see the products in their catalogue.
